Hunter, Lyman, 1898-1985

Lyman P. Hunter was born in Salt Lake City on 1 December 1898 to Edward W. and Elizabeth Adeline Porter Hunter. He attended LDS High School and then the University of Utah, studying chemistry and engineering. He worked as a chemist for the Utah-Idaho Sugar Company from 1922 to 1924, then worked for Bennett's Glass and Paint until his retirement in 1968. Hunter was the author of many articles and presented several papers on paint technology. Lyman P. Hunter died in 1985. From the guid...
